Pti Develops A Homeland Security Directory
Public Technology, Inc., a national non-profit technology research and development organization for local governments has developed a Homeland Security Directory to complement its Tech Monitor product offering.
Developed by Current Analysis and Public Technology, Inc., Tech Monitor provides federal, state, and local government purchasers of technology equipment and products with timely and relevant vendor, product and marketplace intelligence to quickly compare and assess strengthens and weaknesses of vendor products and services.
The Homeland Security Directory was developed in response to local, state, and federal governments’ growing need to differentiate and identify companies that have products and services to help governments address homeland security needs.
The Directory is similar to that of a yellow pages–helping governmental leaders identify companies, contact people, capabilities and product offerings–connecting buyers with service providers. By its nature, the Directory will grow to meet marketplace needs.
Tom Davies, Senior Vice President, Current Analysis adds, “The new Tech Monitor Homeland Security Directory will be made available, without charge, to all governments globally. It will enable governments at all levels to rapidly identify and compare companies and their products or services.” (For more information about Tech Monitor and the Homeland Security Directory, contact Bobbi Arnold of PTI 202-626-2426)
