Horizontal grinders recycle “green” waste, building debris, and more
Beast Recycler comes in 4 sizes: Model 2680 has 24- by 60-in. opening; Model 3680 features 30- by 60-in. opening; Model 4680 contains 45- by 60-in. opening; and Model 5680 boasts 50- by 60-in. opening. Ideal for grinding uprooted trees, leaves, brush, pallets, railroad ties, wet or dry newspaper, shingles, asphalt, and other waste material, directly at job site. Each model includes controlled and regulated cuttermill that grinds, cuts, or splits waste material, while maximizing horsepower, limiting fuel consumption, and reducing vibration. Runs on diesel engine. Can be equipped with electric power unit for stationing grinder in permanent location. Similar to those used on heavy-duty rock crushers, electric motor withstands shock loads encountered during waste reduction. In addition, electric version costs less to own and operate, plus requires less maintenance, than diesel-powered models. All grinders process waste in a single pass, cutting most material to proper size during initial breakdown. Processed waste then flows quickly through built-in screen to increase productivity.
