Miami is planning a Livable Communities project in the Liberty City neighborhood that is expected to pump up the business appeal of 54th Street.

Miami is planning a Livable Communities project in the Liberty City neighborhood that is expected to pump up the business appeal of 54th Street. The project will include a sidewalk upgrade and landscaping, according to the Miami Herald.
