Negotiations have broken down between San Jose, Calif., and San Francisco-based Bechtel Infrastructure Group over a $712 million contract to upgrade Mineta San Jose International Airport. The city and the company could not agree on certain insurance issues, according to the Mercury News. The city is now negotiating with Greeley, Colo.-based Hensel Phelps Construction for the work.
