Oklahoma counties display 10 Commandments
Two counties in southeast Oklahoma are planning to erect displays of the 10 Commandments at or near their courthouses, and a U.S. District Judge has declared a similar display in a third county does not violate the constitution.

Officials in Coal and Atoka counties took steps to try to ensure that their displays were constitutionally valid, making the Atoka County display part of a larger historical arrangement and placing the Coal County monument on private property, according to the Tulsa World. Judge Ronald White ruled against a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union regarding a display of the commandments in Haskell County.
