Gordon Food Service has introduced three new lines of professional cutlery: the Gordon Signature Collection, the GFS Collection and the Kitchen Essentials Collection. The Gordon Signature Collection features a precision-forged German-steel blade with a slip-resistant handle. The GFS Collection is made with high-carbon German steel and features a slip-resistant composite handle. The Kitchen Essentials Collection features stainless steel with a rust-resistant finish; the collection is available with a slip-/heat-resistant poly handle or a rosewood handle. All three collections are NSF-certified. Available in selected regions of the U.S.
