Agree – the Rockland County (NY) procurement annual report is a benchmark product. I’ve developed procurement annual reports over the past few years, and plan to implement the first for Fairfax County Public Schools (VA). However, the P&L component is revolutionary of sorts for the public sector, and I do plan to include it at FCPS, as we have significant cost savings/avoidance data as well as revenue generated and tracked via several initiatives.
