UPPCC New Certifications
The Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC) announces that 296 individuals successfully completed the spring 2014 UPPCC certification examinations administered May 5-17, 2014. The Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) and Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) credentials are recognized throughout the public procurement profession as a demonstration of an individual's comprehensive knowledge of public procurement. Of the 296 newly certified individuals, 201 earned the CPPB certification and 95 earned the CPPO certification. The newest class of professionals brings the total number certified for CPPB and CPPO to 9,778 and 2,532 respectively.
