The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) released its new 2017 Infrastructure Report Card, and with an overall grade of D+, America's infrastructure outlook is bleak. The report card examined 16 categories of infrastructure and assigned each category a grade. Additionally, each state was graded on its infrastructure.
