IT vendor gets GSA approval
Rockville Md.-based SamaraTech LLC has been awarded a GSA Schedule 70 contract and is now certified to provide goods and services to the federal government.
“For a growing enterprise scale business, this schedule opens up significantly more markets throughout the country,” said Poonam Singh, president of SamaraTech. She added: “Securing a GSA schedule expands our reach beyond the federal government to numerous state and municipal governments as we can now offer them our advanced software solutions at fixed government pricing.”
The company is taking other steps to serve the federal marketplace. In response to the growth in federal purchases through the federal General Services Administration (GSA), SamaraTech has placed their IT solutions and Oracle Application Development Services on the government’s electronic ordering system, GSA Advantage.
