Livability.com recently unveiled its "10 Best College Towns" list, which were ranked based on the population of residents ages 25 to 29, high percentage of jobs in the education sector, local restaurants and bars, affordable housing and diversity. Livability.com, which delivers several "best of city" rankings through out the year, used data from Esri and the U.S. Census Bureau for statistics, but researchers also considered anecdotal reports from graduates to decide which towns would make the cut.
