The 10 best cities in which to live for 2018
Finding the ideal place to live can be a subjective endeavor, as everyone has different preferences. But there are some factors such as job market, quality of life and value that most can probably agree are important elements of a city's livability.
U.S. News & World Report recently ranked the 125 best cities to live in for 2018 by gathering data on over 100 cities from sources like the U.S. Census Bureau, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Labor. U.S. News then organized the data into five indices: job market, value, quality of life, desirability and net migration and ranked the cities based on analysis and calculating standardized scores for the cities.
